Nestled alongside the Blue Ridge Mountains, this bohemian paradise is home to a growing food scene, known locally as Foodtopia.  The natural beauty and local culture are reason enough to visit this mid-sized city.  But the recent nationwide craft beer boom has caused Asheville to start popping-up on all kinds of must do lists…and for good reason.  This town has a killer blend of brew pubs, established craft brewers, and up and comers.  It also doesn’t hurt that Sierra Nevada and Oskar Blues picked this spot for their East Coast breweries.  Come for the brews and stay for the local vibe.  You can’t help but feel it.
